Shipping & Delivery

Art. 1 – Shipping Destinations

1.1 We ship worldwide, with the exception of the countries listed below. If your country is not listed among the excluded destinations, you can place an order and we will deliver to your address.

1.2 Due to international sanctions and export control regulations, we cannot accept orders from or ship to the following countries and territories:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

1.3 This list is based on the current Swiss sanctions regime (SECO) and may be updated without prior notice to reflect changes in applicable regulations.

Art. 2 – Delivery Times

2.1 We normally deliver within 7 working days from the confirmation of payment, unless a different delivery time is indicated at checkout. In any event, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed. If we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will inform you promptly by e-mail.

2.2 For deliveries outside Switzerland, actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country. We have no control over customs procedure time.

Art. 3 – Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the package and the delivery destination. The exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order and is added to the cost of the item to make up the full amount payable.

Art. 4 – VAT and Customs Duties

4.1 All prices on our website are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), exclusive of VAT. For deliveries within Switzerland, Swiss VAT (currently 8.1%) is added at checkout and shown in the order summary before you complete the purchase.

4.2 For deliveries outside Switzerland, the goods are exported free of Swiss VAT (0%).

4.3 However, import VAT, customs duties and any handling fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority are payable by you as the importer. These charges are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery or customs clearance. Customs clearance fees and duties are not included in our prices.

4.4 We have no control over the amount of import taxes and duties, which vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you would like to estimate these costs.

Art. 5 – Order Summary at Checkout

5.1 Before you complete your order, the checkout page displays a clear summary of:

• Product(s) and unit price (excl. VAT)
• VAT — Swiss VAT for deliveries within Switzerland; 0% for international deliveries
• Shipping costs
• Total amount payable in CHF

5.2 This summary updates automatically when you change the delivery country in accordance with Art. 4.

5.3 For international deliveries, a notice reminds you that import VAT and customs duties of the destination country are not included and are payable by you upon delivery or customs clearance (Art. 4).

Art. 6 – Risk of Loss During Shipping

6.1 The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods to you or to a third person designated by you.

6.2 If the goods are damaged or lost in transit, please contact your local agent to make a claim and contact us immediately at info@repichsport.ch so we can initiate a claim with the carrier on our part. For the applicable rules on passing of risk, see our General Conditions, Art. 9.

Art. 7 – Order Tracking

7.1 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and a link to track the delivery on the carrier’s website.
