General Terms & Conditions

Art. 1 – Contractual Partner and Identity

1.1 These General Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the online shop operated by Repich Sport & Shooting SA (hereinafter "Seller/Manufacturer"), Via ai Gelsi 11, CH-6930 Bedano, Switzerland.

Art. 2 – Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.

2.2 By clicking the final order button ("Order and pay"), the Customer places a binding order for the products contained in the basket.

2.3 The purchase contract becomes effective upon successful payment of the order and confirmation of dispatch by the Seller/Manufacturer.

Art. 3 – Prices, Taxes and Customs Duties

3.1 All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are net of Swiss VAT unless expressly indicated otherwise.

3.2 For deliveries within Switzerland, prices are subject to statutory Swiss VAT.

3.3 For deliveries outside Switzerland, prices do not include Swiss VAT. Any local import turnover taxes, customs duties, and local clearance fees of the destination country are not included in the shop price, cannot be calculated in advance by the Seller/Manufacturer, and remain the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Art. 4 – Payment

4.1 Payment is immediately due upon placing the order.

4.2 Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer, as made available during the checkout process.

Art. 5 – Delivery and Shipping Deadlines

5.1 Standard delivery is executed within 7 working days, unless a different delivery timeframe is stated at checkout.

5.2 In any event, delivery will be effected without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless otherwise agreed. If the Seller/Manufacturer cannot meet the 30-day delivery deadline due to third-party delays or unforeseen operational obstacles, the Customer will be promptly informed and retains the right to withdraw from the contract.

Art. 6 – Retention of Title

6.1 The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller/Manufacturer until full payment has been settled.

6.2 If payment is overdue by more than seven days, the Seller/Manufacturer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

Art. 7 – Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Private consumer Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase contract.

7.2 The complete conditions, deadlines, return obligations, and the withdrawal form are set out in our dedicated Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Art. 8 – Warranty and Liability

8.1 Delivered goods benefit from a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

8.2 Detailed conditions, claim requirements, and replacement procedures are set out in our dedicated Warranty & Defective Products Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.3 Any unauthorized repair, modification, opening of the electronic board, or removal or alteration of its components immediately voids all warranty claims and reimbursement rights.

Art. 9 – Passing of Risk

9.1 In dispatch contracts where the Seller/Manufacturer ships the goods to the Customer, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer (or a designated third party other than the carrier) upon acquiring physical possession of the goods.

9.2 However, the risk passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier if the Customer has commissioned a carrier not proposed by the Seller/Manufacturer.

9.3 In the event of contract withdrawal and return of goods, the risk of loss or transit damage remains with the Customer until physical delivery at the premises of the Seller/Manufacturer.

Art. 10 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms & Conditions and all contracts concluded hereunder are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

10.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and online purchases is Lugano, Switzerland.
