Warranty & Defective Products

Art. 1 – Scope and General Principle

1.1 These warranty terms apply to purchases made on repichsport.ch from Repich Sport & Shooting SA (hereinafter "Seller").

1.2 Products sold must conform to the agreed contractual specifications and be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

Art. 2 – Warranty Coverage and Exclusive Remedy

2.1 The electronic Bluetooth module is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of two (2) years from delivery against manufacturing defects and non-conformity affecting functionality.

2.2 Due to the technical nature of the electronic board, which is industrially sealed and coated with protective wax, the board cannot be repaired. In the event of a verified defect or malfunction covered by warranty, the sole remedy provided is the complete replacement of the board with a new unit.

Art. 3 – Exclusions from Warranty

3.1 The warranty does not cover:

a) Normal wear and tear;

b) Consumable parts (such as batteries);

c) Damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect battery insertion, misuse, accident, neglect, or failure to follow the official product instructions;

d) Cosmetic variations or visual irregularities in the protective wax coating that do not affect the technical operation of the board.

3.2 The Customer must not attempt to open, repair, modify, or remove any component or protective wax layer of the electronic board. Any tampering or unauthorized alteration causes the immediate loss of the warranty.

Art. 4 – How to Report a Defect

4.1 If you discover a defect or malfunction, please notify Repich Sport without undue delay by contacting info@repichsport.ch, providing your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the operational issue.

4.2 Claims must be submitted within the applicable two-year warranty period.

Art. 5 – Returning the Defective Item for Replacement

5.1 If return is required, the product must be sent back well packed, with proof of shipment, to: Repich Sport & Shooting SA, Via ai Gelsi 11, CH-6930 Bedano, Switzerland.

5.2 Please contact Repich Sport before shipping to receive the confirmation and return instructions. Return shipping costs are reimbursed or covered by Repich Sport if the warranty claim is found to be justified upon inspection.

5.3 A replacement unit is dispatched only after Repich Sport has received and physically inspected the defective item to verify that the fault is not caused by misuse or tampering.

Art. 6 – Relationship with the Right of Withdrawal

6.1 This warranty covers defective products and is distinct from the right of withdrawal (cancellation).

6.2 Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, as described in our separate Returns & Right of Withdrawal policy. A product defect is not required to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Art. 7 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These warranty conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

7.2 The legal venue is Lugano, Switzerland, unless mandatory statutory provisions apply.
