Right of Withdrawal and Returns
This policy governs the right of withdrawal applicable to purchases made through the Repich Sport & Shooting SA online shop and the conditions under which goods may be returned. The right of withdrawal is separate from, and in addition to, any warranty rights for defective or non-conforming products.
Art. 1 – Scope of Application
1.1 This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to buyers of our online shop who are individual persons acting for private purposes (hereinafter "Customer"), excluding any commercial, industrial, craft, or professional activities.
1.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
Art. 2 – Right of Withdrawal
2.1 The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 days without providing any reason.
2.2 Upon valid exercise of the right of withdrawal and the subsequent return of the goods, the purchase contract is cancelled.
2.3 If the returned goods are damaged after exercising the right of withdrawal, or have been used and handled contrary to their technical specifications and intended functionality, the Seller/Manufacturer reserves the right to assess the condition of the goods and reject reimbursement.
Art. 3 – Withdrawal Period
3.1 The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Customer (or a designated third party other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
3.2 In the event that the Seller/Manufacturer cannot dispatch the product within 30 days due to third-party delays or unforeseen operational obstacles, the Customer will be promptly informed and retains the right to withdraw from the contract.
Art. 4 – Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
4.1 The notice of withdrawal must be submitted prior to the expiration of the 14-day period.
4.2 The Customer may exercise this right by either:
a) Submitting the online withdrawal form available on the website, or
b) Sending an email stating the explicit decision to withdraw from the purchase contract to info@repichsport.ch.
Art. 5 – Return of Goods and Deadlines
5.1 The Customer must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal notice was communicated to the Seller/Manufacturer.
5.2 The deadline is met if the Customer dispatches the goods before the 14-day period has expired and provides valid proof of shipment.
5.3 During this period, the Customer has no right to manipulate, modify, or tamper with the items, failing which any entitlement to reimbursement shall lapse.
Art. 6 – Return Shipping Costs
6.1 The Customer bears the direct return shipping costs of the goods.
6.2 This provision does not apply in cases of proven manufacturing defects, in which case the Seller/Manufacturer will refund or cover the return shipping costs.
Art. 7 – Reimbursement and Withholding Rights
7.1 In the event of a valid withdrawal, the Seller/Manufacturer will reimburse the purchase amount received, including standard delivery costs, via bank transfer.
7.2 The Seller/Manufacturer expressly reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been physically received and inspected at its premises.
7.3 In the event of defective goods requiring warranty service, the Seller/Manufacturer will replace the product at its own expense in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
Art. 8 – Inspection and Prohibition of Tampering
8.1 The Customer is permitted to perform only a standard functional check of the goods upon arrival.
8.2 Any unauthorized tampering with electronic components, including opening the housing, physical modification, or reprogramming of the electronic board beyond a standard functional check, voids all rights to withdrawal, reimbursement, and warranty coverage.
Art. 9 – Passing of Risk
9.1 In purchase contracts where the Seller/Manufacturer dispatches the goods, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once physical possession of the goods is acquired by the Customer or a designated third party other than the carrier.
9.2 If the Customer returns the goods following a withdrawal, the risk of loss or damage during return transport remains with the Customer until physical delivery to the Seller/Manufacturer.
Art. 10 – Relationship with Warranty
10.1 The warranty applies strictly to purchase contracts where the right of withdrawal has not been exercised and the goods remain with the Customer.
10.2 Warranty is a guarantee on the product itself, covering manufacturing defects, and is governed by our dedicated Warranty & Defective Products Policy.
